Affirmations:
Affirmations are self-hypnosis.
I shall be safety conscious today. I shall avoid dangerous cars and dangerous persons.
I shall not permit the unpleasant emotional outbursts of unpleasant people to trigger unpleasant emotions in my own psyche.
I shall smile and enjoy life.
I shall be very careful around farm machinery.
I shall write something excellent today.
I shall eat healthy food and not to excess.
By mid day or evening I shall have accomplished something to write in the achievement column today!
I shall not be controlled by guilt, shame, or fear - or by persons controlled by them. Guilt, shame, and fear are the products of oppressive psychological conditioning by institutions and persons attempting to rule me in a feudalistic way. Feudalism is oppression and feudal concepts are behind most of the institutions that oppress us today.
I shall maintain a happy ambience in my brain.
I shall write something excellent today. Something in a book or other publication listed in file:“essays”. I shall write a brief. I shall write a letter that will achieve something. I shall write to a person who is nice to me. A thank you note.
My ideas are my children. I must help my ideas to develop well. My computer, the temple of my ideas, deserves the same protection as a child.
I will exemplify style and grace - even in adversity.
Moderation and persistence. I shall make some progress every day.
I shall mentally project myself into the future and look back to place today in perspective.
I shall not be discouraged if I don't make every sale. Emotions are contagious. Therefore I shall generate good emotions.
I shall not absorb the negative emotion of pessimists.
I shall update and review my Dynamic planning files including:

I shall bring increased order to my life because order helps me to plan and get where I am going faster.
I shall find a home for the useful information on those little pieces of paper - and throw away the unneeded.
I shall plan the rest of my life and write the plan in my computer file named: lifeplan. I shall Print my plan if it has changed. I shall make the plan more specific. I shall revise the plan according to latest developments.
Jump starting today: Look at the list of today’s projects that you wrote down last night before bed. Look at the short list goals achievable in a day or week or month that you wrote down yesterday in big print.
Plan and Prioritize: I shall plan my day. Plan my work and work my plan. Time spent planning is time well spent. I shall prioritize my work. I shall print a schedule of my day - or at least a list of the small items and the one major thing that I shall achieve today. I shall consider the merit of any deviations from the schedule.
I shall listen to James Brown and Billy Idol.
I shall figure out where to buy some movie music or maybe record it from the radio show that features movie music. Movie music is the most evocative and I like evocative music.
I shall smile and enjoy life.
I shall go to bed on time so that I can do it again tomorrow. I shall not jeopardize tomorrow by foolishness tonight.
Guidance:
We are creatures of habit; therefore try to get into the habit of establishing a new good habit every day.
Control of routine: You must have a clear routine for those people who become accustomed to your routine. Conversely, for whom must you be unpredictable?
Balance: Some work. Some play.
Adjust and change: Roll with the punches but remember what has worked before will likely work again.
Remember: You are on the cutting edge and will meet resistance but in the future people will realize that you were right. They will thank you for it - like they thanked Jesus. Catholics persecuted Galileo and got along with the Nazis. The U.S. government denies the existence of area 51. There has been very little new technology since the government seized Tesla’s writings upon his death in 1943. Banker Peabody bribed Daniel Webster to persuade the states in 1830 to pay back their loans to British Banks (Source: Chenow: House of Morgan)
Mistakes to Avoid:
Methodology: Do I simply review lists until something grabs me? Is this impulsiveness detracting from my efficiency? Is it better to plan?
Warnings:
Before writing an angry letter consider whether the anger is from being tired or hungry.
Writing progression: First you get a feeling. Then the feeling becomes an articulated idea. Idea becomes sentence. Sentence finds legal authority. Sentence becomes court pleading. Court pleading becomes a refined brief (overkill).
Methods of achieving goals:
Visualize.
Review diaries to see what has worked before.
Self actualizing.
Our age in time: Sadly, today’s dominant motivators are fear, shame, and guilt.
Specific Goals:
See diaries and A&B program for specific goals.
I shall focus on my GOALS and achieve them:
Get State license and state back.
Daily routine:
Arise. Turn on the music. Write down thoughts in computer if they are pressing.
Run A&B scheduling probram
Print file called "daily" and follow routine.
Weigh thyself. Weight:_______
Shower. Hot bath. Shave.
Drink water.
Eat multiple vitamins and minerals and vitamin E - and diet pill if taking them. And ephedrine if taking it.
Drink plenty of water.
Dress.
Do mental inventory, plan, and eliminate stress:

Do morning exercises.

Self actualizing activities:
Plan day before doing main events. Prioritize.

BEFORE DRIVING
Turn on answering machine.
Take along dictaphone
Take along cold water to sip.
Drive and think and put thoughts on dictaphone.
2 pm (4 in summer) Go to the beach if the weather is nice - or to the park.
Socialize. Call friends. Write. Visit. Send a message. Cultivate friends
Keep up with calendar.

IF STRESS ARISES
Bow head down extremely to stretch the tight muscles in back of neck - and push head on floor from a summersault position to achieve the same pulling effect.
Aromatherapy. Smell good perfume. (Buy some kind of hypnotic strobe light generator for the eyes) Listen to music. Walk somewhere - preferably with walkman playing a good custom mixed cassette or CDs. Take out the trash. Polish desk. Put books away.
Be calm. Prioritize. Look into the future. People will remember that you were calm and friendly under fire.
If stress comes, take a walk or roller blade.
5 pm
Hot bath. Shower. Shave.
Diet pill.
Weight:___________
Exercise
Roller blade.
Walk to berry field.
Walk at the beach.
Try on clothes.
Jacuzzi
Library
Shop for clothes, books, new age music, videos.
Don't eat after 6.
Plan evening:
Call brother Jerry.
Get to sleep on time. Don't jeopardize tomorrow by foolishness tonight.
Write a list of things to do tomorrow. Print the list and place it where you will see it in the morning to jump start tomorrow and keep the ball rolling.
Other rules:
1. If you run out of stamps, then just write the letters anyway because when you get the stamps tomorrow or the next day then you can mail them - or you can send them by fax.
2. If your printer cartridge runs out or you run out of paper, just write the letters on the computer and print them all out when you get a new cartridge.
