The answer so far is “yes”

The Linda case is founded on Younger v Harris http://www.circuitlawyer.8m.com/younger.html (Argued April 1, 1969 Reargued April 29 and November 16, 1970 Decided February 23, 1971) which is directly at odds with Dombrowski (a Louisiana case argued January 25, 1965. Decided April 26, 1965.) http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/dombrowski.html . A close comparison of these cases is critical.
